The Skill of Self Confidence
Self confidence is loving yourself, and knowing that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. There are a few different ways to build up self confidence. One is positive self-talk. Everyone has an internal voice talking at them when they do things. If you are constantly beating yourself up about everything, you will not have the ability to love yourself and believe in yourself. Positive self-talk means that you are not breaking yourself down over the smallest defeats, but you are not taking no for an answer. You build yourself up instead of tearing yourself down. Another way to build up self confidence is to continuously practice. Once you get enough practice, doing whatever it is you're trying to do won't be so hard. Self confidence is what makes us able to split away from conformity to make our own decisions and become individuals.
